Capital Electric Line provides electrical contracting services including, but not limited to, commercial and residential wiring, panel upgrades, lighting installation, industrial electrical work, new construction rough-in, renovation electrical, and emergency repairs. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or written estimates.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without our written permission
3. Intellectual Property

4. Contracting Engagements

- Warranty coverage for labor and materials
- Termination conditions and notice periods
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement takes precedence.
5. Payment Terms
Fees for electrical contracting services are as specified in the project agreement or estimate. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of services until payment is received.
6. Permits & Inspections
Where required by local jurisdiction, Capital Electric Line will obtain necessary electrical permits and coordinate inspections. Permit fees may be included in the project estimate or billed separately as agreed upon in writing.
7. Safety & Code Compliance
All work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), applicable local building codes, and OSHA safety standards. Clients are responsible for providing safe access to work areas and disclosing any known hazards on the property.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Electric Line shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
9. Warranties
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. For electrical contracting work, we warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards and applicable codes, as further detailed in individual project agreements.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Electric Line, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our website or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business. Contracting engagements may be terminated as specified in the applicable project agreement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
